Return Policy

At WigWarehouse.com, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality wig care products. Our return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing returns. We recommend that experienced wig buyers purchase our products, and we advise first-time users to consult with their hairdresser or wig professional before making a purchase.

Based on the return policy:

  1. Request for Return: Must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
  2. Completion of Return: Must be completed within 15 days of the request.

So, in total, a customer has a maximum of 30 days (4 weeks) from the delivery date to complete the return process:

  • First 14 days to request a return.
  • Once the request is made, another 14 days to complete the return.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
NOTE: The return date limit may vary depending on the brand.

Prepaid return labels are available for customers within the contiguous 48 United States. They are optional, and if used, a $11.75 fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please return all items only to the specified address provided with your return authorization. Returns to PO Box addresses will not be accepted.

    Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
    • Your bank may require an additional 5 to 14 business days to credit the refunded amount to your account.

    Non-Returnable Items: Due to manufacturer policies or sanitary reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Clearance items
    • Costumes and costume wigs
    • Beards and mustaches
    • All wig accessories, including eyelashes, mannequins, and color rings

    Sanitary Notice: To comply with New York State Department of Health regulations, please try on wigs over a Wig Cap to ensure hygiene and safety. This precaution protects our customers from potential risks such as lice, diseases, and other viruses.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Obtain a Return Authorization by contacting our customer service at customerservice@wigwarehouse.com.
    2. Repackage your unused and unworn item(s) in their original packaging, including all inserts.
    3. Follow the instructions provided on wigs.com/returns within the 30-day time frame from the shipped date.

    Important Return Information

    • Items that have been worn, altered, styled, show signs of damage, have any odor, or have been combed out are not eligible for return.
    • The returned merchandise must be in its original package with all inserts intact.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • Returns must be shipped within 15 business days after the return authorization is issued.
    • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    • All exchanges or returns must obtain Return Authorization within 15 business days from receipt of product(s).
    • Eligible items for return must be new, unused, unopened, and odor-free.
    • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns.
    • No returns on final or clearance sale items.

    We are unable to modify payments that have already been completed. For faster service, returns and exchanges are handled separately.

    If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first. Once we receive and confirm the return, we will issue a refund using your original payment method according to our policy.

    If you'd like to proceed with an exchange or order a new color, please place a new order. Your new order will be processed promptly under a separate order number once it is ready.


    Additional Shipping Fees

    • A $25 fee will be automatically charged for shipments returned to us due to insufficient address or refusal upon delivery.
    • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

    Restocking Fee

    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.
    • Returns of human hair wigs or hairpieces priced over $899 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will only be accepted if in acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
    • If no option is selected on your return form and the item is returned in poor condition, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. All while supplies, including last and final sale items, are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
