1. Return Eligibility & Timeline
- Request within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship within: 14 days after approval
- Maximum window: 30 days from delivery
⏱️ Returns outside this window may be declined.
2. Condition Requirements (Important for Approval)
Because wigs are personal-use items, strict hygiene standards apply.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and odor-free
- In original packaging with all tags, inserts, and accessories
- Unaltered (no cutting, styling, washing, or adhesive use)
- Tried on only with a wig cap
🚫 Returns showing signs of wear may be:
- Rejected and returned to sender, or
- Subject to restocking fees up to 30%
3. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Final Sale / Closeout / “Last Call” items
- Costume wigs, facial hair products
- Accessories (wig caps, lashes, mannequins, etc.)
Brand Restrictions
Some brands prohibit returns entirely:
- Henry Margu products are final sale. The manufacturer sets this policy and applies it under all circumstances, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
4. Restocking Fees (Transparent & Fair)
- Standard items: 15%
- Human hair items over $899: 20%
- Non-compliant or unauthorized returns:
- Up to 30% fee
- May be issued as store credit only

6. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Optional prepaid label (U.S. only): $11.95, deducted from refund
📦 We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
7. Refund Processing
- Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
- Banks may take 4–7 business days to post funds
- Drop-ship items: allow 7–14 business days
Non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Exchanges (Fastest Method)
For quickest service:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order immediately
This ensures product availability and faster delivery.
9. Refused Deliveries & Address Issues
A $25 fee applies to:
- Incorrect or insufficient address
- Refused deliveries
- Undeliverable shipments
10. Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention
To maintain fair pricing for all customers:
- Excessive or repeated returns may be flagged
- Accounts showing unusual return patterns may be restricted
- We reserve the right to refuse service or returns in cases of suspected abuse or fraud
11. Quality Assurance & Inspection
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
We may:
- Document condition with photos
- Deny returns that do not meet policy
- Apply appropriate restocking fees
12. How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account
- Submit a return request
- Wait for approval and instructions
- Ship the item within the approved timeframe
Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable laws, including the New York General Business Law.
