Shipping Policy:

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipment. For security, orders may be sent to the billing address if the shipping address can't be verified. Excluded wig dryers.

    Shipping Timeframes: We offer standard shipping options. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

    Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

    Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, tracking details will be provided. Ensure accurate shipping details as incorrect addresses may incur extra fees.

    Delivery Confirmation: Once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, WigWarehouse.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Check with neighbors or the carrier for assistance if this occurs.

    Missing Delivered Packages: If marked "Delivered" but not received, contact us within 48 hours. We will assist with carrier investigations, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for items marked delivered.

    Backorders: You'll be notified of backorders and can choose to wait or cancel. If restocked sooner than expected, items will be shipped immediately.

    International Shipping: Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. WigWarehouse.com is not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping Options:

  1. US Ground: Delivered within 7-9 business days.
  2. Free Ground: Available for orders over $79 within the U.S.
  3. USPS & Canada Air First Class International
  4. USPS First Class International: Available for selected countries.
  5. USPS Global Priority: Available for selected countries.

  6. US Expedited shipping is available upon request, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to confirm stock and to receive specific shipping rates.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery to APO/FPO/PO Boxes: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and tracking may not be available. We recommend providing a physical address for tracking and secure delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Flat rates apply during checkout, with estimated delivery times provided.

  • Additional Information:

    • Shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only.
    • US Air shipping is mandatory for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or charges for international deliveries. These fees can be paid during checkout.
    • Wig Dryers can only be shipped within the US mainland.

Signature Requirement: We typically require a signature for orders over $499. While this can be waived through USPS, we advise against it as it removes liability in case of loss.


Shipping times for wigs and hairpieces depend on availability. Some drop-ship the same day, while most orders are typically processed within 1-3 days, with standard complimentary shipping taking an additional 3-5 days. In the case of back-ordered items, we will notify you by email as soon as possible, though shipping may take longer. For more precise details, we recommend emailing us the style name and desired color before placing your order.
